New & Used Golf Equipment Return Policy

  1. Returns are only excepted for faulty equipment or not as advertised products in which case we will fully refund and pay any postage costs required. Returns/refunds are not offered if the clubs are not suited to your game, skill level or for buyer's remorse.  
  1. In exceptional circumstances we may offer a refund that will incur a 30% restocking fee and the buyer to pay all shipping costs. A refund will only be issued once the clubs have been returned and deemed to be in the same condition as when they were purchased. 
  1. Example if you buy the clubs and you can't use them due to not being suited to your golfing ability level then that is on you, not us and no refund will be offered. Do your research before you purchase and please feel free to ask us any questions before you purchase.
